Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included with your original delivery and indicate the reason for your return and the quantity of items being sent back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items Securely

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original box or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely and without breakage.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Apply the pre-printed returns label provided in your parcel to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
